You will deliver specialised treatment and interventions to clients from ages 0-12 primarily with ASD and ADHD. This position affords the scope to work closely with senior practitioners, sharing caseloads and being involved in critical decision-making processes. Your role will include: Working from their clinic located in Taylors Hill as well as visiting clients in schools and their home NDIS referrals working with paediatric clients ages 0-12 Assisting clients with play and social skills, gross and fine motor skills, behaviour difficulties and more Common conditions include ASD, learning disorders, school readiness, handwriting, sensory processing and developmental delays Achievable billable targets of 4.5 hours per day How you will be supported: Shadowing and weekly supervision provided from a senior Occupational Therapist with more than 25 years of experience Receive support from a variety of senior OT's within an environment focusing on collaboration and uplifting others Paid professional development opportunities externally and internally Why this role: Salary of $80,000 - $115,000 super depending on experience Spacious and modern clinic space fully equipped with sensory gym and other resources Excellent location near public transport and a shopping centre Not focused on KPI's!
